AMFM Studios is a consortium of talented professionals that create media content. We are a music/film studio with an in-house publicity/marketing department. We create the content, and then place it in both national and local media. When we create a promotional video, music video, or commercial for your business we have the tools to help you get it out there for the rest of the world to see. Christine Thompson: Christine Thompson is the President of AMFM Studios LLC. She has a BS in Communications and is an Addy award winning entertainment publicist with clients in both the music and film industry. Christine creates media campaigns, conducting the market research to strategize for optimum placement across a broad spectrum of platforms, including old media as well as new. She also produces the video interviews for Austin Daze Magazine. Christine facilitates AMFM's projects along with Christopher Thompson and Hillary Johnston. Chris Thompson: Christopher Thompson is an award winning editor and cinematographer. He has worked as VP of film management since 2002 at AMFM Studios LLC. Chris has 38 script ideas in development, with "Chisel" his fourth completed feature length screenplay, and the first written with the intention of being made as a low budget movie. He started in Austin TX, the "Live Music Capital of the World," editing music videos, live events and media coverage. It is here he developed a sense of rhythm and pacing that places him in the "auteur" category. As Christopher's experience grows, so too does his accolades and awards, the latest "Best Cinematography" 48 hour Film Festival. He has had a short film featured on the Austin Film Society's SXSW showcase, and received editing awards. By natural progression, his talent is now drawing the attention of larger players at this critical juncture in the entertainment industry. What sets Christopher apart are not just his ideas, but the ability to create content which does not look "indie," proving he can compete with what is seen on the large screen today. Hillary Johnston: Hillary is an award-winning producer and actress. She also is an extremely organized person who assistant produced "The Austin Movie Show", a local television show which ultimately was syndicated to the WB in the El Paso/Las Cruces market. Hillary has acted in large scale productions such as "Death Proof" as well as NBCs "Friday Night Lights" and countless smaller productions and brings an insider's understanding to a film project from both sides of the camera. She is the number cruncher, and her innovative techniques for locating and securing props and locations as well as her many connections to businesses in Texas assure quality and cost control to every production she is on. Reno Perez: AMFM's Reno Perez is a: Songwriter Singer Voice over and Actor Jingle writer. Reno is a singer songwriter who charted three top five singles (US) in the Tejano/Country genre on his debut album.
